  1. Endorphins.
  2. Sunday afternoon after a long run, guiltlessly enjoying my berry-weis.
  3. Being off the grid. Whoever needs to call me can wait. 
  4. Sweet running clothes.
  5. Eating more food.
  6. Keeping a sexy runner body. 
  7. Running in sync with an awesome song.
  8. Running in the quiet.
  9. The feeling of accomplishment after making that goal.
  10. It makes my hubby proud of me. :)
